How a job runs

• Measure everything. At the visit we size each opening, note its height on the wall, and check the condition of the concrete block, wood framing or buck around it.
• Write it down. The estimate lists each opening with the product, glass, frame color and its approved design pressure, plus removal, stucco or drywall patching, and permit fees.
• Handle the paperwork. We prepare the opening plan, wind load sheet and product approvals the Town of Davie or your city asks for, and we pull the permit before work starts.
• Install and inspect. Old units come out, new ones go in on the anchor schedule printed in their approval, and the building department inspects.

What we do not take on

We do not do roof replacement, structural block repair, or commercial storefront glazing.
