Service Areas

Davie is home base. On the east side of town the work is mostly subdivision houses with aluminum single-hung windows and sliding doors onto a pool deck; on the western side, larger lots with ranch homes, barns and long driveways mean bigger openings and longer walks for glass. Around Davie we also install in Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, Weston, Plantation and Sunrise, where most homes are one or two stories well inland. Farther out we cover Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs and Parkland to the west and north, and Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood to the east. All of these are in Broward and inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, but each city runs its own building department with its own forms, and homes close to the ocean in Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood may fall in the coastal exposure category that needs engineered pressures instead of the county chart. Many planned communities across the area also have HOA review for frame color and glass tint. Each town page covers what is different there.
